My left handles the WASD, the space (buff spam) bar, and tray one, the right is the camera movement and fire controls. shifting the fire controls to my right hand really made piloting the ship easier. One of the things I did to make it more manageable was buy a mouse with a bunch of buttons on the side I can operate with my thumb. Keybinds make it all much easier than it sounds.
